Adding A Map

Inserting a Google Map into your About Us, Contacts, or any other WibWabWeb page you manage is easy. Follow these directions to get a Map onto your page.

  1. Go to http://maps.google.com.   Create the map as you want it, location, zoom, centering.
  2. Click the “link” button at http://maps.google.com. The button is in the upper right corner of the map you created.link_google_mapCopy the link from the “Paste link in email or IM” box.
  3. Back at your WibWabWeb site, go to the page you want to edit or create a new one.
  4. Click the icon with a G over a globe googlemap
  5. Paste the link you have copied into the “Enter the Google Maps Link”and set any parameters you would like.
  6. Leave the default settings or change them to what works well on your page.
  7. Click “Insert”
  8. A short piece of code will be inserted in your page. It will render the map when published and for each visitor.
  9. Don’t forget to update your page when finished up loading your map.
